2009 Norwich CT Thrill the World Event.

21 people danced, and we are part of the current world record!! 

Each event raises money for a local or not-for-profit charity.  This year, Zombie dancers will be supporting Artreach, Inc., a Norwich CT based 501(c)3 non-profit Mental Health & Arts agency that uses the creative and performing arts to support recovery for adults who have experienced mental illnesses/psychiatric disorders. Their signature program since 1985, The Second Step Players Theater troupe creates and performs original sketch comedy, stand up comedy, and musical parodies with mental health themes for the purposes of STIGMA BUSTING and building community.

At the local Thriller dance lessons, you'll also get a quick lesson in how to create your own fundraising page for this event. You can get sponsors, or make a donation (any size works. ANY. Just come play with us!)

If fundraising is not your thing, and dressing up as a Zombie doesn't sound like fun - maybe you'd like to help be an event organizer! We'll need "crew" to help with registration, run video cameras, greet people, and be of general assistance on "Thrill Day."
